Who it's for
Teams where running the tool isn't anyone's job. Most project software assumes someone will own it — set up the workspace, define the fields, keep everyone in line. If that person doesn't exist, the tool slowly stops reflecting reality, and whoever cares most ends up asking people for updates by hand. Team and Tricks is built for that situation.
Why it exists
The same thing kept happening. Someone chooses a tool, learns it properly, rolls it out to the team. A few weeks later people have quietly stopped updating it — not because they disliked it, but because keeping it current was one more job on top of the actual work.
So the board drifts out of date, and whoever cares most goes back to asking people directly. The tool is still being paid for. It just isn't telling anyone the truth any more.
We didn't think the answer was fewer features. It was not having to operate the software at all.
What's in it
Projects and tasks, with due dates, reminders, recurring work and time tracking added only when a task needs them. Requests, for the asks that aren't anyone's job to own. Chat on projects and tasks. Documents. A dashboard and a personal to-do list. Guest access for clients. And TAI across all of it.
Who makes it
Team and Tricks is built and operated by Team and Tricks Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
